Prayer is a cornerstone of our faith.
It is something that we ought to do every day for our own holiness, and something we can often go to with specific intentions.
Below are two important lists for reference when it comes to praying for your spouse, whether you know who they are or not!
The first list, I believe, is actually the most important, and that is a list of prayers for your own holiness. For this is something that Christ and the Bible speak about often: that we do well to pray for and work on our own holiness and spiritual growth before being concerned about others. (Matthew 7, Matthew 6, Matthew 20)
So, before jumping headfirst into praying for your spouse, be sure that you are doing everything that you can to take care of your own spiritual life and grow in holiness yourself. Your spouse will definitely want you to do this!
Prayers for Your Own Holiness
The Angelus (can be prayed three times a day, and 9am, 12pm and 6pm)
The Prayer to Become a Saint:
Dear Jesus, in the Sacrament of the Altar, be forever thanked and praised. Love, worthy of all celestial and terrestrial love! Who, out of infinite love for me, an ungrateful sinner, didst assume our human nature, didst shed Thy Most Precious Blood in the cruel scourging, and didst expire on a shameful cross for our eternal welfare! Now, illumined with lively faith, with the outpouring of my whole soul and the fervor of my heart, I humbly beseech Thee, through the infinite merits of Thy painful sufferings, to give me strength and courage to destroy every evil passion which sways my heart, to bless Thee in my greatest afflictions, to glorify Thee by the exact fulfillment of my duties, supremely to hate all sin, and thus to become a saint. // Deliverance Prayers, For Use by the Laity, Fr. Chad Ripperger, PhD
Humility Prayer:
O God, who resistest the proud, and givest grace to the humble: grant us the virtue of true humility, whereof Thine Only Begotten Son showed in Himself a pattern for Thy faithful; that we may never by our pride provoke Thine anger, but rather by our meekness receive the riches of Thy grace. // Deliverance Prayers, For Use by the Laity, Fr. Chad Ripperger, PhD
O Heart most pure of the Blessed Virgin Mary, obtain for me from Jesus a pure and humble heart. // Deliverance Prayers, For Use by the Laity, Fr. Chad Ripperger, PhD

Prayers for Your (Current or Future) Spouse
Saint Joseph Novena for a Faith-Filled Spouse
Saint Raphael Archangel Novena
Healing Prayer:
Heavenly Father, I ask that Thy love flow upon your servant, N. May the Blood of Christ cover all wounds and restore all to wholeness and life. May the fire from Our Lady’s Heart now enter Thy servant and anoint them with the Holy Spirit and blind Satan. May Saint Joseph wrap Thy servant with blessings and peace, in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. // Deliverance Prayers, For Use by the Laity, Fr. Chad Ripperger, PhD
It can be a tricky road to go down in praying for a spouse because we can easily bring in our own expectations of timing, which you and I can well attest to, I’m sure, is not always in line with God's timing!
These prayers, on purpose, do not direct us to timing, but instead to holiness. This is where I think our spiritual compass should point to first, anyway. Our timing may not be anywhere near the Lord’s, but that doesn’t mean the path to sainthood isn’t worthwhile all the same.
