Okay, so let's say you wake up to a notification that someone liked your profile.
You go check out their profile.
Are you interested in getting to know them more? Then like their profile back! And if you want to keep things moving, send them a message while you're at it.
If you think there is no way on God's green earth that you could ever date them, then do nothing.
But if you find something they wrote in their profile interesting, or one of their pictures intrigues you, or you really can't tell who they are by what they've written on their profile, then send a message.
When in doubt, just send a message.
There will be times where someone likes your profile, so you message them, and then they never respond to your message. Or maybe you message someone, and they like your profile, but then they never respond to your message either.
This can be confusing, (not to mention frustrating!) but don't despair! Any number of things could have happened in between a profile like and a message in someone's life. And you'll probably never know what happened. All you can control in any given dating situation is how you respond. Don't spend your energy focused on why things didn't happen the way you had hoped. Stay positive and be the best person you can be because at the end of the day that is all you can do!
