If you have a specific age range or location in mind for your match, use the search feature to see a listing of members who meet that criteria.
To ensure that you aren't missing out on finding your match because of strict criteria, a good rule of thumb is to make sure that you're only eliminating those who you would eliminate offline as well. For example, if Mr. Right approached you after Mass, would you turn him down for a date because his hair isn't brown? If not, don't discount him in your search preferences on CatholicMatch either.
Matching
Matching focuses on internal traits that couples would do well to agree on, like finances and goals. If you're free to marry in the Catholic church, make sure to give these members' profiles a close look and get to know them with the knowledge that you're most compatible with these members in the areas that really matter in a marriage.

This section highlights members who joined CatholicMatch within the past two weeks and are reasonably close to you in age and location.
You can't set specific criteria for this feature, but that's the point—to consider people who you may be missing by using stricter criteria in your searches.
