Lauren Montgomey

Lauren Montgomery is a woman who has a deep passion for the Catholic faith and for living life well. She graduated from Benedictine College in 2010 and holds a Masters of Art in Theology from the University of Dallas. She is from New Mexico, and now lives in Kansas with her husband and three young children. She teaches RCIA at a parish in Roeland Park, Kansas, and uses any free time she gets to write for her blog “By Love Refined”. She considers herself a Catholic bibliophile, loves a good podcast, and deeply enjoys writing her reflections on the faith, marriage, and motherhood.
