Jeffrey Arrowood

Jeff Arrowood is a Catholic educator who has taught in a Catholic high school, spoken at numerous parishes, worked for the Diocese of La Crosse, Wisconsin, as a Natural Family Planning Educator, and taught in the lay formation and deacon formation program for the diocese as well. He currently runs an online Catholic bookstore and an online education program for adults called "From the Abbey," where he helps Catholic adults build a spiritual life that fits into the lay state of life. Jeff is also co-author of the Teaching the Way of Love program for Catholic parents with Alice Heinzen. He lives in Somerset, Wisconsin, with his wife Jodi and his two teenaged children.
