CatholicMatch is pleased to report that three of the recent member stories shared on our blog have each reached new levels of success.
Back in January, the story of Sean and Tracy was originally told. Their jobs as an Air Force pilot and ultrasound tech, kept them pretty busy. Although they dealt with some first-date awkwardness, they reconnected and their relationship took off.
When we left Sean and Tracy, they were excited about the future, but still discerning it with each other. That discernment is complete, and later this year they will be married. Their lives will begin together in Seattle, where Sean will be stationed and Tracy has found work in ultrasound.
“We are incredibly blessed and grateful…and are both so thankful that we took that leap into the Catholic online dating community,” Sean said.

Sean & Tracy worked through busy schedules and an awkward first date and are now engaged.
The turnaround time on Craig and Helena’s relationship was even quicker. It was just over a month ago, that they shared their developing story, built on the rock of intensive prayer together and developed through spending time with the children each has from a previous marriage.
Craig and Helena are now engaged as well. On a recent visit to the Adoration Chapel, they were praying in silence. “I started to notice Craig being a bit anxious,” Helen told CatholicMatch. “Then all of a sudden he gets off the bench and on one knee asks “Quires casarte conmigo?” Which is you Spanish for “Will you marry me.”
For his part, Craig admitted to nervousness, and he kept asking Helena if she wanted to pray a Hail Mary. One reason was to summon his nerve, but another reason was that he wanted the proposal to come “in front of our biggest cheerleader, our Blessed Mother.”
Craig proposed to Helena in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament, with a little extra help from Our Lady.
