As part of the many valuable resources available through the CatholicMatch Institute, we are putting together an audio series called "Marriage Clips" with helpful advice about dating and marriage.
Our first Marriage Clip is from Fr. Sean Kilcawley, from the diocese of Lincoln. Fr. Kilcawley has a degree in family life ministry and spoke with the CatholicMatch Institute about the declining trend in marriages and the increase of unmarried Catholics in the Unites States.
Fr. Kilcawley speaks about the importance of community and would like to encourage single Catholics not to lose hope: "Every year that goes by that you are not living the life that you thought you would be living is a greater occasion for depression, but (Catholic singles) need to find each other and a have a faith community experience together and be able to reach out and get to know others with a similar background."
Marriage Clips are provided to you by the CatholicMatch Institute.
