Matt and I (Danielle) were married March 1, 2003, in SS Peter and
Paul Byzantine Catholic Church in Bethlehem, Pa. We were blessed with a
truly perfect day and even had some light snow flurries in the morning!
Our Liturgy was very solemn, sacred and special as we received blessing
after blessing for our future together.
Over 200 people attended our reception and we partied well into the
night. Our honeymoon in Ireland was also perfect - and we even got to
say a Rosary in the church where Our Lady appeared at Knock. We have so
many saints to thank for all of the blessings that have been bestowed
upon us, especially: St. Therese of the Little Flower, whom our
daughter is named after. Therese Marie "Reesie" was born Feb. 5, 2004
and was Christened, Confirmed and received the Holy Eucharist (as is
Eastern Rite tradition) on Feb. 22. Born on St. Agatha's feast day, we
chose Agatha as Reesie's confirmation name.
