Paul and I (Christine) met one year ago on Catholic Match. We started emailing each other instantly and
stayed up late into the evenings chatting. When our fingers got tired of
instant messaging we began talking on the phone.
He flew up to Louisiana a few weeks
after we met. When he walked into the airport we knew it was meant to be. I then
flew up to Florida to visit and knew my place was here with him. My son and I came up for a
visit last Easter and enjoyed our first trip to Disney. We then moved up
here last summer, June 2008. Paul and I were married June 7, 2008 in CoCoa Beach, FL, five months after we met.
We are enjoying our
simple family life. Paul works in electronics and I work as a teacher's
assistant at a small Catholic
School. My son is in 6th
grade at a Catholic Middle School and is enjoying Florida.
I just recently became a grandmother for the first time to a baby
girl out in Louisiana.
We continue to fly the skys to visit with family out in Louisiana. We thank CATHOLIC MATCH
and advise others to be patient, most especially if it's a long distant
relationship. Talking and emailing, we came to know each other so much.
