Father Richard Troutman

Father Richard Troutman, 67, is pastor of St. Odilia in Tucson, Ariz., the home parish of 9-year-old Christina Green, a victim of the Jan. 8 shooting targeting Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords. Father Troutman was ordained in 1968 and served as chaplain of the Arizona National Guard for four years.
